Q. Public Health Concerns

A. As of Monday, March 16, 2020, the state of Pennsylvania is strongly encouraging suspending gatherings larger than 250 persons and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends canceling events greater than 50 persons to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Upon further consideration, the Philly I-Day committee, as well as leadership from the Insurance Society of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia CPCU Society Chapter, have made the decision to cancel Philly I-Day 2020. The health and safety of I-Day attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, staff, and the community at large is our priority. This cancellation includes the I-Day pre-event, which was to be held at Tradesmen, on March 25.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. All transactions will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Exhibitors and Sponsors will be contacted before a refund is processed with the option to receive a refund or carry over commitments to the 2021 event at the same rate. This will secure your space for I-Day 2021.

Stay tuned for information on I-Day 2021!
